Big Bear Lake, CA, December 17, 2013 – HEAP Utility Assistance and Home Weatherization services are once again available in the Big Bear Valley. Representatives of the County program will be at Bear Valley Electric Service (42020 Garstin Drive) on December 18 to help qualifying residents register to receive hundreds of dollars in credit towards gas or electric bills, firewood, or propane. Some households may even be eligible for free refrigerator replacements and energy saving light fixtures.
The deadline to sign in is 10:00 a.m. on the 18th.
