Big Bear, Ca, February 14, 2011, 8:00am – Friday, the City of Big Bear Lake announced that Department of Water and Power General Manager, Joel Dickson, would be resigning effective as of the middle of April. Mr. Dickson cited personal reasons for his resignation. “My two and one half years…..at the Department of Water and Power has been a rewarding professional experience.” Board of Commissioners Chair, Steve Foulkes said, “We wish Mr. Dickson the best and are sorry to see him leave.” The Board of Commissioners is expected to begin the process to find the next General Manager immediately.
