Village Summer Wine Walk “Grown To Be A Fabulous Event”

Big Bear, Ca, May 30, 2011, 9:00am – The Village Business Association will be hosting their first Wine Walk of 2011 this coming June 4^thin the Village.  The event in its third year, is merchant organized, and aims to showcase fine wine and the Village’s unique businesses.  “The Wine Walk has grown to be a fabulous event,” said Cheri Wilson, co chair of the VBA Wine Walk and owner of Home Warehouse Design Center. “The Wine Walk has become such a fun and anticipated event, that past attendees have called as early as this January to find out new dates for this year!”  Wilson also tells KBHR that with every event the list of participating merchants has grown and that the event has drawn attendees from out of state.  Tickets for the VBA Summer Wine Walk are $20.00 and  can be purchased at the Home Warehouse Design Center, and part of the proceeds from the event will go to Parents in Support of Academics.  Participating Village businesses include Amangela’s Deli, Bear Skins, Belladonna, Cedar Rose Lane, Charleze, Copper Q, Del Lago’s Boutique, Georgy’s Girl, Home Warehouse Design Center, Hunter Hall’s, Le Dolce Vita Tasting Room, O Koo Ran, Rejoyce, Room to Room, Shirt Shanty, United Wood Craftsmen, Village Sweet Shoppe and the Village Quilt Shop.  For more information go to BigBearLakeVillage.com.
