Today’s temperatures are expected to be considerably lower than over the weekend and also, as of today (September 29), the National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for the San Bernardino mountains and surrounding deserts. A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 miles per hour are expected and winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for those in high-profile vehicles. Strong, westerly winds are expected in the Big Bear Valley both today and Wednesday, given the National Weather Service’s Wind Advisory.
