Big Bear Valley, CA, September 21, 2012, 6:00am – The Big Bear Valley Trails Foundation needs your help for the Skyline Trail Building Day this Sunday, September 23rd. Groups will meet at two times, 9am and 12:30pm for three hours each at Skyline Corner, the junction of Forest Roads 2N06 and 2N10. Carpool up to the site from the Bear Mountain Parking Lot. Trail tools, instructions and leadership, along with snacks, water and a free lunch will be provided. You provide the energy and enthusiasm to dig, rake and build a section of rolling forest single track through the pines and fur trees. Join the Big Bear Valley Trails Foundation this Sunday and help create the Skyline Trail.
