Redlands, CA – The Redlands Bicycle Classic will once again kick off the National Race Calendar, with dates just announced for April 3rd – April 6th, 2014. And for the second year, Big Bear Lake will host the high-altitude time trial.
Race Director Eric Reiser said “The elevation and technical aspect of the [time trial] provided a challenge for both racers and organizers alike.”
The 30th Annual Bicycle Classic will be a four-day stage race going through the tree-lined streets of Redlands and surrounding communities such as Beaumont.
The event is an all-volunteer organization that was founded in 1985. Since then, it has developed a commitment to Health, Diversity, and the Environment and attracted professional bikers from around the world.
