Big Bear, CA, July 18th, 2016 – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 8 has awarded a $577,000 project to Danny Hubbs Construction, Inc. of Yucaipa to install Midwest Guardrail Systems in various locations on State Route 330 (SR-330) from 2.7 miles north of Highland Avenue to the State Route 330/18 Junction in Running Springs.
The project is scheduled to begin Monday, August 1 and continue until mid-September 2016. The work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Flagging will be necessary during the work hours in the two-lane segments of SR 330. No flagging will be required in the passing lane segments and one lane will remain open to traffic in each direction.
Advisory signs are posted in advance of the work zone. Please reduce your speed to posted limits within the work zone. The California Highway Patrol will be on site to ensure the safety of the workers and motoring public.
