Chambermaids Host Their Annual Spring Fashion Show

Big Bear, Ca, May 16, 2011, 12:00pm – The Chambermaids have been an auxiliary group of the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce since 1968.  Their mission is to provide fundraising and volunteer assistance at Chamber events in support of the Chamber’s mission to create a strong local economy.  One of the ways they do this is through annual events such as their Spring Fashion Show, High Tea, and Bingo-a-thon.  This Wednesday, the Chambermaids will present their annual Spring Fashion Show, which will feature the latest spring and summer styles from local shops Hunter Hall’s, Rejoyce, Georgi’s Girl, Mill Creek Trading Company, Del Lagos, Le Roys, Mountain Beach Clothing, Yarn Designers Boutique, The Clothing Stop, Paisley’s and Bear Skins.  The event will start with a social hour at 11:00am, lunch at 12:00pm, and the fashion show from 1:00 to 2:00pm.  The cost is $22 per person.  Attendees will have a chance to win an assortment of baskets in the chinese auction.  To reserve your space or to get your ticket to the event, the Chamber requests that you call or stop by May 16th by 4:00pm.  You can reach the Chamber at 866-4607.
