The Arts Council of Big Bear Valley brings the tenth year of Art on the Lake to the big white tent at the Marina Resort (located at 40770 Big Bear Boulevard in Big Bear Lake) this weekend. This year’s show, which is lakeside and offered free of charge, will feature 50 artists, both local and visiting, creating a mix of mediums, including painting, photography, ceramics, glass, jewelry and mixed media. As in years past, the Arts Council of Big Bear Valley will also feature award-winning artwork from local students during the two-day event, which is offered from 10am to 4pm both Saturday and Sunday, August 15 and 16. Free parking is available at the Bartlett parking lot in the Village, which is just south of the Marina Resort. Food and beverages will be available at the show.
