Big Bear Lake, CA, May 8, 2013 – Man About Town candidate Kurt Madden challenges people of all ages and skills levels to compete in Obstacles on the Bear: A 5K Experience at Bear Mountain Resort. The May 11th event is the latest fundraiser as part of Soroptimist International of Big Bear Valley’s ongoing campaign to Stop Teen Violence.

Race start time on May 11 is 10:00 a.m. Individuals and teams can register online for $55 or at 8:00 a.m. the day of the event for $75.
