Big Bear, CA, February 14th, 2016 – The Big Bear Lake Rotary Club Foundation will host the third annual Sweetheart Ball to support the Bear Valley Community Hospital’s much- needed renovation of patient rooms.
The Rotary Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable foundation whose mission is to raise funds for worthy causes, and all donations are tax deductible. Sponsorship’s and donations for the live and silent auctions are gratefully accepted.
The Sweetheart Ball will be at The Lodge at Big Bear Lake’s ballroom. The evening begins with cocktails at 5 p.m. followed by dinner at 6 p.m. There will be live music provided by Mark Dolan and his band, dancing and complimentary wine with dinner. A no-host bar will be part of the festivities.
Net proceeds from the event are donated to the Bear Valley Community Hospital aid in updating and refurbishing patient rooms. This year’s special emphasis will be to update the hospital’s patient isolation room for those with infectious diseases.
