“Zumbathon” Charity Event to Support Free Mammography Screenings for Local Women

Big Bear, CA, September 13, 2012 – Join Sorpotimist International of Big Bear Valley this Saturday, September 15^th, for a Zumbathon Charity Event and make a move to make a difference.  100% of all proceeds will be support Soroptimist’s annual mammogram program that provides free mammography screenings for Big Bear Valley women who qualify.  Registration begins at 9am at the Big Bear Middle School Gym located at 41275 Big Bear Blvd in Big Bear Lake.  Pre-register and pay the early registration fee of only $10 by registering at BodyTek on Fairway in Big Bear City or in Big Bear Lake at Bear Valley Community Hospital on Garstin, Medical Arts Pharmacy on Fox Farm or Big Bear Luxury Properties on Big Bear Blvd.  Or you can pay at the door for $20 the day of the event.  Zumba, instructed by Joanne of BodyTek, begins at 10am to 12noon followed by raffle prizes.  Zumba for part or all of the 2 hour Zumbathon.  All ages and all levels of fitness are welcome.  For more information, contact Jo Ann Cecil at (909)838-4523.  In partnership with the Bear Valley Community Healthcare District.
