Big Bear, Ca April 25, 2011 8:00 am – According to Cal Trans, the California Department of Water Resources project to expand the Crafton Hills Reservoir may affect traffic on Highway 38 at Bryant Street in Yucaipa beginning today. Between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays, motorists can expect possible lane closures or flagging, and reduced traffic speeds during construction of a new water pipeline along the roadway. The portion of the project affecting Highway 38 is expected to be completed by the end of July.
