Over the last four years she has experienced multiple bouts of cancer, followed by surgeries, as well as radiation and chemotherapy treatments. In January of this year, it was discovered that her cancer metastasized into bone cancer. Initial injection treatments looked encouraging, however in late May the bone cancer had mutated and aggressively spread throughout her body. She was immediately started on a very aggressive chemo treatment that will be ongoing for months. According to friends, so far the results have been miraculous. The past few years have taken a toll on the Rogers family as they have done their best to care for Julie. An account has been set up to receive donations for Dave and Julie. To donate click here.
