Big Bear Valley, CA — As of this morning [Saturday, January 23], Verizon phone lines have been affected by our heavy snowfall conditions. At this time, most calls to and from the Big Bear Valley are not going through. However, most local calls and most cell calls are working. Also, the Big Bear Valley may have lost portions of the 911 emergency system. When residents dial 911, you may receive an “all circuits are busy” recording. Residents are asked to contact directly their local Sheriff’s Department and/or fire agency at the phone numbers below:
