Big Bear, Ca, September 9, 2011, 8:00am – This Saturday, September 10th prospective renters in the Big Bear Valley are invited to a sneak peek at The Crossings at Big Bear Lake, the community’s new affordable apartment complex located off Knickerbocker Road. Interested parties will be given a tour of the grounds from 9:00 to 3:00pm, and can even begin the application process if they are interested. The $20 application fee will be waived for qualified prospective renters who attend the event. The Crossings has two and three bedroom apartments that are in walking distance of Big Bear Elementary School, and the Village. On the apartment grounds there is a playground, on-site laundry facilities, and a community room with a computer lab. Anticipated move in dates start as soon as September 15th.
