Today is another great day for skiing and snowboarding at Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, which now have 15 chair lifts, 21 open runs and 70 park features available. Lift tickets are good for both mountains and discounted lift tickets are still available for both today (Wednesday) and tomorrow. As of Friday, regular season lift ticket prices go into effect. Given 14 inches of fresh powder in recent days, Big Bear Mountain Resorts have groomed packed powder conditions, with a snow depth of 18 to 30 inches on open runs. Snow Summit will have second session available on Saturday, from 3pm to 9:30pm, and both resorts offer daily half-day sessions, starting at noon.
