Mountain Regional Council on Aging Hosts Luncheon and Presentation for Seniors on October 5

The Mountain Regional Council on Aging hosts a luncheon and talk for seniors on Monday, October 5 at the Big Bear Senior Center. Jane Adams, the county’s deputy director of the Department of Aging and Adult Services, will be the featured speaker, and will make a presentation on senior services available; the 12:30pm talk will be followed by the 1pm Mountain RCA organizational meeting, during which time Adams will review state and federal legislation that affects seniors. The 12:30 talk and 1pm meeting at the Big Bear Senior Center are preceded by a noon luncheon; those who wish to attend should call 584-0323.
