Moonridge and Fawnskin Residents Sought for Commission Appointments

The Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District has an opening on their Advisory Commission, for which residents of the Moonridge area are encouraged to apply, to fill the post formerly held by Don Allen on a term that extends through January 2012. Applicants should be registered voters, living full-time in the Moonridge area and available for Rec and Park Commission meetings, held on the third Tuesday evening of each month. Within the Big Bear Valley, there is also an opening on the CSA 53B Commission, which is a five-member board that oversees fire and sewer concerns for the Fawnskin area.
