Big Bear Lake, CA, June 20, 2012, 3:00pm – The 2012 Big Bear Grand Heritage Parade with Big Bear resident John Grandi as Grand Marshal will march down Big Bear Boulevard beginning at 3:30 pm on Saturday, July 21. The Parade begins a little to the east of Summit Boulevard and ends just past the middle school. The route less than a mile long and should last no more than an hour. According to Gloria Meade, Big Bear Old Miners Grand Heritage Parade chair, there is still time for anyone and everyone interested in being in the parade to be a part of the 2012 event. The parade is for, and about Big Bear. Businesses, nonprofit organizations, groups and individuals are all invited to get involved.
