Big Bear Lake, Ca May 8, 2011 12:00 pm – The Miss Liberty paddlewheel tour boat is back on Big Bear Lake for the spring season. The brightly painted red, white, and blue Skipperliner carries up to 125 passengers around the lake from Pine Knot Marina, at the foot of the Village. During the tour, Captain Jack offers 90 minutes of Big Bear history, trivia, celebrity sightings, and facts about the lake. Refreshments can be purchased from the galley and restroom facilities are available on board. Miss Liberty offers views of the surrounding mountains, the coves around the lake, and provides photo opportunities of areas unseen from the shore. Public tours leave Pine Knot Marina several times a day each weekend and will be available during the week during the summer months.
