Big Bear Lake, CA, December 9, 2012 – The Bear Valley Community Healthcare District Board of Directors has announced a new interim CEO. Raymond (Ray) Hino steps in with over 30 years of senior-level experience in healthcare and extensive experience in Rural District California Hospitals. Hino will spend several days in December getting acquainted with the hospital operation before assuming the full-time role on January 2, 2013.
The BVCHD Board of Directors also expressed appreciation of acting CEO/CFO Rudy Shutta, “for once again not hesitating to step up and successfully lead our hospital through another transitional phase with class and integrity.” They added, “Mr. Shutta’s unwavering dedication to our Healthcare district is beyond words and value.”
