Big Bear, Ca, March 4, 2011, 8:00am – 60 year old George Crezee competed this past weekend in the Senior Winter Challenge and Festival in Dodge Ridge, California. Crezee came away with 5 golds, and 1 bronze in this six event series, and he also received the “Ski Meister” award. Crezee competed in a 5k cross country ski race, a vertical challenge, and in the Telemark and Alpine slalom and giant slalom courses. Crezee encourages people of all ages to “Get Off The Couch and Go” and to be active at any age, and live a healthy lifestyle. Crezee told KBHR that he is inspired to stay active and fit for his kids and his grandkids.
