Big Bear, CA, April, 6, 2016 – Shortly before 6:00 p.m. on April 3, a hiker reported an unresponsive male adult in the forested area near Saw Mill Canyon Road and West Sugarloaf Blvd. Deputies of the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station and paramedics from Big Bear Fire Department responded to the location. The male subject was confirmed deceased at the scene. There was no indication of foul play. The identity of the deceased and cause of death will be determined by the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office.
