Big Bear, Ca, August 29, 2011, 3:00pm – Join the Big Bear Cycling Association tonight at Nottingham’s from 7:00 to 8:00pm for a free seminar on Body Alignment and Stretching for Cyclists. According to Craig Smith, President of the Cycling Association, as cyclists train, and strengthen and improve their muscles, those strong muscles can pull our body out of alignment. Body alignment and muscle specialist Doreen Wolff will be conducting a body alignment session designed specifically for cyclists. You can come and learn the stretches that cyclists must do to stay in alignment and balanced. Learn how to relieve stress and pain caused by sitting on your bike for hours at a time. Smith invites you to attend If you’ve ever ridden a bike, thought about riding or know someone who spends way too much time riding. The Big Bear Cycling Association is offering other free education classes this summer including Nutrition 102 on September 26th and How NOT to Lose What You Have Built This Summer on October 10th.
