Crestline, CA, April 7, 2011, noon – A Deputy on routine patrol Wednesday in the Community of Crestline made a traffic stop on a Honda driven by 35 year-old Eric Dennison. Prior to yielding, the vehicle quickly pulled into a residence on Cedar Lane in Crestline. Dennison had an expired driver’s license and the Deputy found a scale commonly used for weighing drugs in the Honda. The Deputy noticed the windows at the house were covered in black plastic and an extremely bright light was on in one of the rooms upstairs. A search warrant was prepared for the house and a search was conducted by Twin peaks deputies and members of the Marijuana Eradication Team. Inside the home, 237 seedlings and cloned marijuana plants were discovered. Elaborate temperature controls, ballast and indoor grow lamps were also found along with a small quantity of methamphetamine. Dennison was booked at the West Valley Detention Center and bail was set at $25,000.00.
