Fawnskin, CA, September 8, 2010, 3:00pm – At 12:43pm this afternoon, California Highway Patrol received a report of a cement truck that had rolled over on Hwy 38 in Fawnskin. The command center reported that only a couple of shovel loads spilled in the accident. An industrial tow was called to the scene to upright the truck. The truck was completely off the roadway but the west bound lane had to be blocked beginning at approximately 2:38pm for about 45 minutes to upright the vehicle.
