Bevwood Pro-Celebrity Legends

The Bevwood Pro-Celebrity Legends return to Big Bear for a free event for Big Bear Valley kids.  Basketball players from the Lakers, Spurs, Jets, Pacers, Globetrotters and UCLA Bruins will be there.  The players and coaches will be conducting a free shot clinic with hundreds of dollars of door prizes to be given away as well as free hot dogs and drinks.  The event is tomorrow, Friday, August 28th from 3 to 6pm at Meadow Park.  This event is sponsored in part by the Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake, the Lions Club, Big Bear Valley Rec and Park District and First Mountain Bank.  It’s also an opportunity to support the “Jim Bollingmo Brain Tumor Foundation” where you can purchase tickets for an opportunity drawing to win a 110cc Kawasaki race ready motorcycle with a Big Boy kit as well as other prizes.  The motorcycle will be on display tomorrow at the free Bevwood Pro-Celebrity Legends event at Meadow Park from 3 to 6pm.
