Big Bear Lake, CA, February 19, 2013 – Many events in Big Bear Valley have been cancelled or postponed due to the weather.
According to Pam Scannell at the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce, tonight’s East Coast Swing Dance Lessons at Chad’s Place have been postponed because of the winter storm that is moving through our area. The event will take place on Wednesday, Feb 27 from 5:30 to 7pm.
Due to the approaching storm, the American Association of University Women (AAUW) has postponed its high school speech–originally scheduled for tonight, Feb 19. Please plan to attend on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 6:30 pm, upstairs at Keller Williams Realty, 42149 Big Bear Blvd, corner of Fox Farm Rd, in Big Bear Lake. The Senior Citizen’s of Big Bear Valley’s lunch at the Senior Center tomorrow, Feb 20, is cancelled due to the weather. Breakfast on Thursday is still on.
