Running Springs, CA, February 12, 2013 – A Lakewood man is facing a second degree murder charge after being involved in a roll over collision last summer. On June 22, 2012 a vehicle being driven by 25 year-old Kenneth Blow rolled over on Highway 330 killing an 18 year-old passenger, Rebecca Green. At the time, Kenneth Blow was arrested for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Further investigation revealed that there was a prior fatal collision involving Blow in 2009, when he was convicted of felony DUI. During sentencing for that incident he was informed that he could be tried for second degree murder should he repeat the offense. After a complete and through investigation, a warrant was issued for Mr. Blow, and on February 4 he was apprehended in Compton.
