The Lighthouse Project is inviting everyone to see the Documentary “Waiting For Superman” for FREE at the Village Theaters North. The Documentary film follows several students through the American public education system, and was called the Best Documentary Feature at the Critics Choice Movie Awards. The Lighthouse Project hopes to energize our community to get involved in working to create the future of our children’s education. A strong supporter of Bear Valley Unified School District and schools in the Big Bear Valley, The Lighthouse Project will welcome comments after the free presentation. The free screenings of “Waiting for Superman” will take place Wednesday and Thursday, February 16th and 17th at 7:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday, February 19th and 20th at 10:30am.
