St. Patty’s Day Quake Registers 1.8 Magnitude Just Two Miles Outside of Big Bear City

earthquake-thumb1We had a 1.8 magnitude earthquake in our area this afternoon, centered just two miles northeast of Big Bear City. The quake occurred at 3:50pm and, per the U.S. Geological Survey, registered a depth of over three miles.
