Big Bear, Ca, November, 29, 2010, 5:00pm – Mountain Fitness Center is raising the Bar for Big Bear, and they need your help to do it. This Saturday head over to Mountain Fitness Center, or MFC, between 12:00pm to 4:00pm and help contribute to MFC’s goal of doing 10,000 Pull Up’s in one day! “It’s far more than an individual can do alone,” said owner of MFC Heather Devito. MFC is hoping to bring the community together to complete this goal, as it will take a group to complete it. Commemorative stickers will be awarded to participants who meet the 20, 50, 100, 250, and 500 Pull up level. A free burger from Get the Burger will be awarded to participants who break the 100 pull up mark. If you cant do 100, or even 20 pull-ups, stop by MFC and do one or two. Every pull up counts.
