Big Bear, CA, January 27, 2016 – Former Big Bear Lake Mayor and current 33rd District Assemblymember, Jay Obernolte, has been tapped to be part of the new California Legislative Technology and Innovation Caucus. Assemblymembers Ian Calderon (D-Whittier) and Evan Low (D-Silicon Valley) co-chair the Tech Caucus and according to Calderon, “Innovation plays a critical role in advanced economies and is necessary for long-term, sustained growth. As the 8th largest economy in the world, investing in technology and fostering innovation remains critical to California’s economic prosperity.
