New Services for Contractors on City Website

Big Bear Lake, Ca March 7, 2011 8:00 am – The City of Big Bear Lake has upgraded their website.  New services available on the site include several enhancements that will benefit contractors, architects, and developers when working with the Building & Safety Division.  New features include online permitting and plan check reviews, online project management with the City’s staff, online building inspection results, and digital plan reviews.  Documents with demolition instructions, fire reduction requirements, special design considerations for the Big Bear area, and other information are also available on the website.  According to the City, their goal is to look to the future of customer service and consistently improve.  By offering online access, they expect to save the contractors time, money and resources.
