Big Bear Lake, CA, June 20, 2012, noon – Bob Jones of Big Bear passed on June 10th at home with his family by his side after battling cancer for over a year. Bob Jones was a contractor having learned the trade from his Father Jerry Jones. Bob was an avid hunter and enjoyed traveling. Bob had many friends in the Valley and his family is grateful for all the support shown during Bob’s fight with Cancer. Bob is survived by his wife of 38 years, Su Jones, Daughter Tina Wade, son Eric Jones, 4 grand children, his Mother Jeanne Jones, two sisters. A memorial service will be held at Community Church by the Lake on Saturday, June 23rd at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
