Locals Volunteer to Quilt for Kids In Africa! 01/30/2012 by Big Bear News Susan Meyers, a local quilter, helped volunteers piece together quilt tops for boys and girls living in orphanages in Burundi Africa. First Baptist Church has helped create these orphanages, and volunteers are making quilts for 33 boys and 33 girls.
