The real-estate market is ever changing and now two of the largest real-estate organizations have merged into one company. Prudential real-estate on Big Bear Blvd at Fox Farm is now Keller Williams real-estate. They have joined forces with the Keller Williams office down the street at Big Bear Blvd and Thrush. This change moves the Keller Williams sales office to the Boulevard and Fox Farm address keeping Big Bear Vacations at it’s original location. Keller Williams Big Bear Vacations Owners Tim Brigham, Erin Brigham and Nick Lanza told KBEAR; “We all are very pleased to have turned this opportunity into a reality. Joining forces with Mike Dolan allows him to do what he does best – sell real estate – and allows us to add some of the best agents on the mountain to our team. This economy and what has been described as “the great recession” has resulted in many business consolidations including many in the real-estate industry.
