Big Bear Lake, CA, May 1, 2013 – The Bear Valley Community Healthcare District’s Family Health Center (FHC) is about to become more accessible. Starting May 6, 2013, they are extending the midweek evening hours to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The extended hours have become necessary to meet the ever increasing needs of the community. BVCHD clinics have experienced a 26% growth in patient volume over the past two years — consistently seeing between 1,100 to 1,500 visits per month combined.
FHC accepts PPO Insurance, Medicare, MediCal, and private pay clients, with a substantial discount to patients who pay at the time of service. Appointments can be made by calling (909) 878-8246 or visit us online at BVCHD.com.
