CSD Meeting To Discuss Snow Removal Parks & Recreation

Big Bear, Ca, February 4, 2011, 4:00pm – At the February 7, 2011 Community Services District meeting, the board is set to discuss assuming the responsibility for road maintenance and snow removal in the CSD area.  Also on the agenda for discussion and possible action is a recommendation by the Park and Recreation Committee regarding the Review and Sphere of Influence Update, as well as an amendment to the Paradise Park lease agreement. New items to be discussed are the formation of a Finance Committee, a local Public Safety Plan, and an addition to the garage. After the public session, the board will enter closed session to meet with legal counsel regarding existing and pending litigation, perform a performance evaluation of the General Manager, and discuss an employee discipline/dismissal/release. The meeting will be held at the CSD building, located on Big Bear Blvd across from Community Market, beginning at 5:30 pm, Monday, February 7, 2011.  As always, the public is encouraged to attend and participate during the public comment time during each meeting.
