Big Bear City, CA, January 14, 2016 – Yesterday, the Big Bear Sheriff’s station Multi-Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a residence located in the 100 block of Sherwood Boulevard in Big Bear City. As a result of an ongoing investigation, Winston Lindsay was identified as a suspect in multiple residential burglaries in the Big Bear area.
The search warrant resulted in the recovery of some of the stolen property taken during the burglaries. Lindsay was taken into custody without incident and booked on four felony charges of Residential Burglary and Possession of Stolen Property. Lindsay remains in custody in lieu of $100,000 bail. An arraignment hearing in this matter is scheduled for January 15, 2016 in the San Bernardino Superior Court.
