AAUW Speech Contest: Bullying: So What?

The Big Bear branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will host a speech contest on Tuesday, February 28th at 6:00pm at the MWD Building.  The contest is open to all actively enrolled high school students in the valley and will be a 5 minute presentation on the topic “Bullying: So What?” Bearly Speaking Toastmasters is assisting with the contest, and encourages all interested parties to attend a meeting at the school on Tuesday, February 7th at 2:30pm.  Winners will recieve cash prizes and will be submitted to the state level for an opportunity to compete for an additional cash prize.  For more information contact Sara with AAUW at 909 544 1633, or Marlene Cain with Toastmasters at 909 866 2819.
