Second of This Week’s Earthquakes Registers a 1.5 Magnitude
We had a small earthquake in our area this morning, which the U.S. Geological Survey recorded as that of a 1.5 magnitude. Centered seven miles north of Big Bear City, this 1.5 magnitude tremor occurred at 9:21am. On Tuesday, a smaller, 1.3 magnitude quake was centered five miles north of Big Bear Lake at about 3:45pm.
