Code Enforcement Catches Illegal Dumpers
The San Bernardino County Code Enforcement has enacted a new method to deal with individuals who illegally dump trash. Illegal dumpers are being caught on camera. So far, 100% of illegal dumpers caught and cited have returned to the scene to clean up their mess.
