DWP Votes in Board Officers

During this mornings Department of Water and Power Board of Commissioners regularly scheduled meeting, the Board unanimously voted in members to serve as Board Officers.  Steve Foulkes was voted in again as Chairman, Barbara Willey was voted in as Vice-Chair and Bill Giamarino was voted in as Treasurer.  All positions are for a term of one year.   In other news, the DWP Board reviewed the budget.  To date, expenses have been reduced and revenues remain about the same as projected with the major difference in revenues being water sales are up slightly but offset by much lower connection fees which they attribute to a much slower housing market.  The next general meeting of the DWP Board is scheduled for February 24.
