Big Bear Lake, CA, July 18, 2012, 8:15am – The CEO of the Bear Valley Community Healthcare District, Marc Hecksel has been placed on paid administrative leave. According to board president Brad Summers, Hecksel is no longer on family medical leave, and the board voted to put him on paid administrative leave beginning July 6.
