Big Bear, Ca, June 7, 2011, 1:00pm - On June 6th the Big Bear City Community Services District turned over a new leaf as they brought on two new board members, Karyn Oxandaboure and Larry Walsh, to replace James Smith and Rick Ollila who resigned from their board seats earlier this year.
