Flagging, Delays on Highway 38 and Highway 18 This Week
Flagging resumes on Highway 38 this morning, and will extend through Thursday, June 4. Motorists can expect minimal delays in the Angelus Oaks portion of Highway 38, as California Department of Forestry crews complete brush removal efforts in the area.
