There are now 24 fires burning on the San Bernardino National Forest, however most of these are single tree fires, and most of them sparked by lightning this week. Additional fires were spotted this morning in the San Gorgonio wilderness area, bringing the current number of fires on the forest to 24—though none of these fires are burning in the Big Bear Valley. Municipal Water District Hosts 6th Annual Carp Round-Up on Big Bear Lake This Weekend
The 6th annual Carp Round-Up on Big Bear Lake takes place this weekend (June 6 & 7), and two-person teams for the two-day event can still sign up through the Municipal Water District.
