Highway 330 has re-opened after being temporarily closed by the U.S. Forest Service due to fire activity near the highway below Running Springs. At approximately 10am this morning, the U.S. Forest Service has temporarily closed Highway 330, below Running Springs, for the safety of fire crews working on a fire that was caused by a lightening strike earlier this morning. Crews are currently battling six natural wild land fires in the San Bernardino Mountains. Lightening strikes caused all six fires.
