The San Bernardino National Forest Association honors the 16th annual Public Lands Day, with a replanting project on the forest, in the 2007 burn areas of the Butler and Butler #2 Fires. Judge’s Ruling Announced in Bear Valley Electric’s Rate Increase Proposal; CPUC to Vote on First Year Increase of 15.85%
